Booking & Payments

You can book directly on our website. Simply choose your trip, select your date, and follow the secure checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after booking.

Seats are confirmed only after full payment. However, for private charters or group bookings, you can contact us to discuss partial deposits.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure online payments. For large group bookings, bank transfers are also available.

Yes! You can add multiple trips to your cart and pay together — perfect for planning your upcoming adventures in one go.

Trip Details & Logistics

Our trips depart from Union and Time square. The exact pickup point will be mentioned in your booking confirmation email.

We recommend comfortable clothing, weather-appropriate gear, a valid ID, and a spirit of adventure! Some trips may list specific requirements on their detail page.

Meals are not always included — but some trips have options to pre-purchase meal add-ons or enjoy stops at local cafes. Check each trip page for details.

Yes, you can bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Please help us keep the bus clean and respectful for everyone onboard.

Cancellations & Refunds

More than 24 hours before departure:
Cancellations are subject to a 20% transaction fee.

Within 24 hours of departure:
Typically non-refundable. Please contact our office to see if any options are available.

In rare cases of weather or operational issues, we’ll offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.

Yes, you can transfer your spot to another person by contacting us at least 12 hours before departure.

Group & Charter Services

Absolutely! From company outings to school trips, we offer customizable charter services. Visit our Charter Booking page for details.

Typically, private charters start at 10 passengers, but we can accommodate smaller groups depending on the destination.

Safety & Policies

For the comfort of all passengers, pets are not allowed unless they are registered service animals.

Alcohol is permitted by respectful adults only. Our goal is to ensure a comfortable and safe trip for everyone.

Our buses leave on schedule. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time — refunds or reschedules are not possible for missed trips.
