Reception to Hotel

Late-night returns run on a published schedule or on-demand loops between the venue and guest hotels. Designated drivers, late buses, and end-of-night cleanup runs are all on the table.

Photo Location Stoppovers

We can route the shuttle to scenic parks or landmarks between the ceremony and reception so the wedding party or select guests can join the photographer without needing separate cars.

How far in advance should we book a wedding shuttle?

For peak season (May–October), book six to nine months ahead to lock in your date and fleet. Off-season weddings can often be booked with three to four months of lead time. Last-minute requests are accommodated when availability allows.

Is there a guest count minimum?

No fixed minimum. We size the vehicle to your group — from executive shuttles for small ceremonies up to multi-coach convoys for larger weddings.

Can you cover multiple venues in one night?

Yes. Ceremony-to-reception transfers, multi-hotel pickups, and late-night returns to different properties are common. We map the timeline during the planning call.

What happens if the reception runs late?

Late-night extensions are common — we plan for them. Notify the driver or dispatch and we’ll adjust the return schedule. Any added time is billed transparently against the original quote.
